black 'dust' began accumulating & was denied by landlord
My landlord, City officials, MRI & ADEQ all said nothing was happening. I was never able to use my office due to visible and clearly unnatural fine black powder coating everything.
10 months after NOT being able to use the office I had professional sample testing done and was able to move what I could out of it but had to leave many ruined items and furniture behind.
I insisted on an inspection by the City who violated the Landlord but denied any refined slag dust issue. MRI refused to give a slag sample for analysis to identify why I became ill.
